WZA - with actuation from any direction by revolving drive head

WZA – with actuation from any direction by revolving drive head The water-protected safety switch WZA is a safety switch with positive contact and is used to control the close position of elevator doors. With the infinitely variable revolving drive head it can be actuated from any direction and allows smallest swivelling radii. The actuator is mounted on the door panel. If the actuator is pulled off of the switch a forced opening of the contact takes place.

US - with three stay-put positions

The direction limit switch US contains the features of a safety switch with forced actuation. It has three switching positions with stay-put feature and therefore retains the last position. The switch is preferably used as robust floor switch and signals the position of the car to the floor – above, below or at floor level. The limit switch is actuated by change-over cams

FES - limit switch, one-position spring return

The terminal limit switch FES is a safety switch with forced actuation. It is preferably used as limit switch in the highest or lowest landing of lifts. The return to the initial position is done by a guided compression spring. The limit switch is actuated by fixed operating ramps

R1-V - roller vertical to the base

The roller pin type contact R 1 – V is a safety switch with forced actuation. The switch is suited for all safety circuits as for instance for the speed control. Preset positions of mechanically moved parts are monitored. The roller pin contact is actuated by a roller vertical to the base.

MRK - round version with cable

The magnet switch equipped with a reed contact is switched by the approach of a permanent magnet. The contact surrounded by inert gas reliably reports the position of moving parts. In bistable version the contact is stay-put and rests in the switching position until the magnet passes by in the opposite direction. The type MRK in the classic round construction form can be actuated at the end and longitudenal side.

EEX 13R - Position Switch with Roller Plunger

The position switch with roller plunger EEx13 R is designed as safety switch with positive contact and complies with the demands of the European Regulations EN 81-1 and EN 81-2, issue February, 1999. Furthermore, it fulfills the demands for the use in explosion-endangered areas. The actuation is done by a roller plunger and may therefore also be actuated by a ramped device. The switch is used for the measuring of given positions at moving components.

MKR13-EX - Magnet Switch

The magnet switch MKR 13 equipped with a Reed contact is suited for the application in explosive atmosphere. It is switched by the approach of a permanent magnet and serves for the registering of certain positions of moving parts. In bistable version the contact is stay-put and rests in the switching position, until the magnet passes by in the opposite direction.

DLF1-EX und DL1-EX

The door interlocks are suited for the application in explosive atmosphere and are used for the locking of elevator doors and their control. The lift car is only permitted to go if all doors are closed and locked. The locking is controlled by the switch for locking mechanism. The variability permits the adaptation to different working conditions. The version DLF1-EX with faulty closure device serves for the complete locking. The version DL1-EX, without a faulty closure device can only be a part of the locking..

EMT81-EX

The electromagnetic retiring cam EMT 81 EX is suited for the application in explosive atmosphere and is used for the actuation of door interlocks at lifts. It is mounted on the car roof. If there is an electrical voltage at the magnet coil then the retiring cam is energized and the elevator car passes the door interlock and does not actuate it. If the car stops at the floor, the voltage is removed and the retiring cam drops. The door interlock will be unlocked in this position and the door can be opened.

Pushbutton-System RVD11

The pushbutton RVD11 is based on the same base element and offers the same protection as the convex pushbutton type. This pushbutton flush with the faceplate has a dot indicator shifted from the center, so that engraved figures or symbols can be applied. The pushbutton complies with the requirements of vandal protection class 2 and is available as option with water protection from the front side.

KTD - double banked COP

The double banked car operating panel is advisable for a higher number of floors, because the single banked version would be too long. As the length of the faceplate with a double banked panel is smaller than a single banked panel, the buttons are accessable by all. A further advantage of the double banked arrangement is the possibility to insert name plates alongside the buttons. Apart from the above, all aspects are valid for both single and double banked panels including fixing etc.

DLF1MO-W / DL1MO-W with actuation by electro motor and level of protection IP54

The motorized door lock DL (F) 1MO is now also available in level of protection IP54.
Due to the sealing against splashing water and dust the door lock is suitable for the use in harsh industrial environments.
We offer the innovative device for the vertical or horizontal operating position. All other features of the silent door lock, such as the high pull-in force,
the low pull-in current (<1 A) and the automatic switching to the reduced holding current for 100% duty cycle (<0.2 A), are of course also preserved at the IP54 version

DLF2 / DL2 water-protected version for double swing-doors

To assure the waterprotection, the DL(F)2W is equipped with a sealed metal cover and two hard-chrom plated latch bolts.

E - single bearing block
